Returns

At Plutus Jackets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

  • You can request a return within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be:

    • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition

    • With all tags and original packaging intact

  • Returns will not be accepted if:

    • Product is used or damaged by the customer

    • Tags are removed

    • Request is made after 7 days

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Amount will be credited to:

    • Original payment method

    • Or bank account (for COD orders)

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for:

    • Size issues

    • Damaged or defective products

  • Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  3. Our team will arrange pickup or guide you

  4. Once received, refund/exchange will be initiated

Shipping Charges

  • Free return pickup for damaged/incorrect products

  • For other returns, shipping charges may apply

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on clearance/sale (if applicable)

  • Innerwear or accessories (if hygiene-related)
