Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Items returned will be inspected on receipt.
An email will be sent to notify, that we have received your returned item.
The approval or rejection of refund shall also be intimated in the email.
Refund will be processed on approval and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days of receipt of the returned item.

Exchanges

Only items found to be defective during manufacturing or damaged during transportation will be replaced.
In case you need an exchange an item for a different size, a replacement with the same design and same color will be provided.

The customer will ship the item to the above address at their own cost.
The shipping cost shall be refunded if the return is approved.
Loss or damage of item during return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
